Chase Crumpton, PA-C is certified physician assistant. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Mississippi, he attended Christian Brothers University where he earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. During his training as a physician assistant, Chase completed multiple clinical and surgical rotations, including two orthopedic rotations with both OrthoSouth and Campbell Clinic. Chase provides team-based sports medicine care collaboratively with Dr. Ryves Moore.
