Dr. John Lutz, a double board-certified interventional pain specialist and anesthesiologist, received his medical degree from the University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, where he also completed his fellowship in interventional pain medicine and residency in anesthesiology. During his training, Dr. Lutz served as Chief Resident of Anesthesiology and Chairman of the Chief Residents Council. While in his fellowship, Dr. Lutz received the Academic Excellence Award for the highest score on the pain management in-service exam.
